ITEM BACKGROUND:
Contractor, Keys Roofing, Inc. was instructed by the Building Department to pay a total of $55.78 as
evidenced by Monroe County Receipt #03000025331, for Permit# 15100151. However, it was
discovered afterward the permit was not required for (27980 Lobster Tail Trail; Little Torch Key) and
should not have been issued. Keys Roofing, Inc. has requested a refund. A refund in the amount of
$55.78 is requested to be issued to the contractor, Keys Roofing, Inc. as noted above.

issuance of permit.
