However, there was a change in the job value and they were inadvertently not credited the correct amount, with the aforementioned permit (24 Jade Dr. Unit#2 in Big Coppitt Key). They were credited $808.09 and should have been credited $1,118.85. Sky Limit Construction, LLC. has requested a refund for the overage paid. A refund in the amount of $310.76 is requested to be issued to the contractor, Sky Limit Construction, LLC, as noted above.
