ITEM BACKGROUND: PASSUR communicator provides three (3) elements that will allow the Airport to 1) provide detailed, automated field condition information, airport advisories, airport plans and intent, including NOTAM and non - NOTAM updates, and remote alerts for critical changes; 2) is a single, centralized and standardized resource to manage information during normal activities and during severe disruptions in National Airspace; and 3) provides the link for information exchange between PASSUR airports, airlines and the FAA during irregular operations, receive real -time airport alerts and sends the information to airline members, and also hosts a real -time message center for major events.
