dispensed from the FVS equipment and any applicable Software Fees (unless the Customer is tax- exempt). The Customer shall timely

S} Purchase Commitment: FASTENAL intends to bring value to the Customer in the form of v aidor consolidation, reduced consumption,
inventory control, reporting, and reducing a Customer's Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) by be�c'ppming a full line supplier. As condition of
utilizing the FVS units, Customer will make a good faith' effort to increase their overall pure uses of products with FASTENAL either
through the FVS unit or in general. Customer will agree to allow FASTENAL to quote new an l udditional products lines not currently
supplied by FASTENAL. ,
6) FAST Solutions Pro ram Fees: Customer will pay to FASTENAL the following Fees:

FASTENAL's maximum liability and Customer's sole remedy will be the refund of the Fees paid by Customer during any prior twelve
month period under this agreement This agreement shall be binding upon the parties hereto, ih it heirs, personal representatives,
administrators, successors and assigns. This agreement will be governed and interpreted under , is laws of the State of Minnesota.
