A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF
COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA,
ADOPTING THE TENTATIVE DUCK KEY
SECURITY DISTRICT NON AD
VALOREM SPECIAL ASSESSMENT
RATES FOR FISCAL YEAR 2018 -2019
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE
COUNTY, FLORIDA as follows:
The Board hereby adopts the following tentative non ad valorem special assessment rates for the
Duck Key Security District for fiscal year 2018/2019:
1. $266.00 per improved lot;
2. $26.00 per unimproved lot.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County, Florida,
at a meeting of said Board held on the 16` day of May 2018.
