FOR CANAL RESTORATION SERVICES
BETWEEN
MONROE COUNTY AND
AMEC FOSTER WHEELER ENVIRONMENT & INFRASTRUCTURE, INC.
FOR APPLICATIONS PREPARATION AND SUBMITTAL SERVICES FOR THE
CANAL RESTORATION PROGRAM
In accordance with the Continuing Contract for On Call Professional Engineering
Services made and entered on the 15th day of February. 2017 between Monroe County,
hereinafter referred to as the "County" and Amec Foster Wheeler Environment &
Infrastructure, Inc. hereinafter referred to as "Consultant" where design services are
allowed if construction costs do not exceed $2,000,000.
All terms and conditions of the referenced Contract for On Call Professional Engineering
Services apply to the Task Order, unless the Task Order modifies an Article of the
Agreement of which will be specifically referenced in this Task Order and the
modification shall be precisely described.
This Task Order is effective on the 15th day of February, 2017 and shall expire 60 days
after the final deliverable to the County is submitted.
Article II Scope of Basic Services, Paragraph 2.1.1 is amended as follows:
The Consultant shall assist the County with application preparation and submittal
services.
The scope of services will consist of the following task: (Task 1) application assistance
for Restore Pot 1 and 3 and FDEP Water Quality Protection Program (WQPP).
Details of the scope of services are outlined below and included in the Consultant's
proposal that is attached to this task order as Exhibit A.
Task 1: Appli cation Assistance
The Consultant will provide assistance to the County in preparing the applications for the
Canal Restoration Projects. The Consultant understands that these applications will
require significant input from County staff and will diligently to provide a list of required
items and timeframe for obtaining to ensure submitting application with deadline period.
The Consultant will assist the County in preparing and submitting the following
applications via an online submittal:
1) Local Pot RESTORE Application — Pot 1
2) Gulf Consortium Application — Pot 3
3) FDEP WQPP
Article VII, Paragraph 7.1.1 is amended to include the following:

Dear Ms.Haag:
Amec Foster Wheeler is pleased to provide you a proposal to assist the County with application
preparation and submittal services.
This proposal will consist of the following task: (Task 1) application assistance for Restore Pot 1
and 3, FDEP Water Quality Protection Program (WQPP).
Details of the proposed scope of services are provided below. A cost estimate to perform these
services under Amec Foster Wheeler's existing contract rate schedule is also included.
SCOPE OF SERVICES
Task 1: Application Assistance
Amec Foster Wheeler will provide assistance to the County in preparing the applications for the
Canal Restoration Projects. Amec Foster Wheeler understands that these applications will require
significant input from County staff and will diligently to provide a list of required items and
timeframe for obtaining to ensure submitting application with deadline period. Amec Foster
Wheeler will assist the County in preparing and submitting the following applications via an online

COST ESTIMATE
Amec Foster Wheeler has prepared a cost spreadsheet which provides details of the labor and
expense by task. The total project cost estimate will be performed on a Time and Materials (T &M)
basis not to exceed $12,480 unless approved by Monroe County.
