ITEM BACKGROUND: Amec Foster Wheeler Environment & Infrastructure, Inc's corporate name has been formally changed to Wood Environment & Infrastructure Solutions, Inc. Therefore, an amendment to the agreement is required to formally recognize the change. WITNESSETH: WHEREAS, the name, Amec Foster Wheeler Environment & Infrastructure, Inc., has been formally changed to Wood Environment & Infrastructure Solutions, Inc.; and WHEREAS, the parties wish to conform the name on the contract between the parties to reflect the new name of the CONSULTANT, Wood Environment & Infrastructure Solutions, Inc.
