Project: Customs Terminal Security Enhancements – Phase II and III
Contract Amendment Number #3
Dear Mr. Degraw,
This letter is Amendment Number 3 to the Agreement (“Agreement”) between Design Professional and
Client for the performance of services in connection with Project. The purpose of this letter is to
request additional funds associated with the CBP requested redesign of future phases to fit their new
management model. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement not previously amended or
specifically modified by this Amendment remain in effect. Design Professional and Client modify the
Agreement as follows:
Scope: Design Professional will provide conceptual design and project management services to re-
envision the CBP space including minor impacts on the Sheriff’s Office area. The effort includes:
Redesign based on CBPs review conducted on March 30, 2016.
Drafting the redesign
Program document update
Modifications of the redesign as requested by CBP
Meetings with CBP and Monroe County
Correspondence with key stakeholders
: Expectation is (3) months to complete this effort unless otherwise adjusted by CBP.
Schedule
Fee: Hourly rate fee not to exceed $10,000.00 using rates in the Continuing Services Agreement with
Monroe County Board of Commissioners. Amount will not be exceeded without written approval from
Client.
