Wetherington for execution. Please see the attached actual agenda item. On page 3, #5c(iv) the words "and the payout of any accrued annual and sick leave" are not in the agreement signed by Ms. Wetherington which you will be receiving. Ms. Wetherington will not be accruing any annual or sick leave. The document had been revised but did not make it on to the revised agenda. The document you will be receiving without the wording is correct and per Cynthia Hall it is considered a scrivener's error. Also, Exhibit A which is the job description to the agreement was not included in the agenda item.
