1st Task Order 01/17/2018TASK ORDER ONE FOR DISASTER RESPONSE AND RECOVERY SERVICES BETWEEN MONROE COUNTY AND DRC EMERGENCY SERVICES, LLC FOR HURRICANE IRMA In accordance with the Agreement for Disaster Response and Recovery Services made and entered into on the 3dh day of October, 2017, as amended on December 14, 2017, by and between Monroe County, hereinafter referred to as the "County", and DRC Emergency Services, LLC, hereinafter referred to as "Contractor". All terms and conditions of the referenced Agreement for Disaster Response and Recovery Services apply to the Task Order, unless the Task Order modifies an Article of the Agreement of which will be specifically referenced in this Task Order and the modification shall be precisely described. 1. DRC Emergency Services, LLC is tasked with performing the following task in accordance with the Notice to Proceed issued October 30, 2017: Debris Recovery and Disposal (Load and Haul) of vegetative debris and mixed non -vegetative debris (C&D) from County Rights of Way and Facilities in the Mile Marker 16 to Mile Marker 40 (Lower Sugarloaf through Big Pine Key and No Name Key) area and in Duck Key, Conch Key and the City of Layton as directed by the County and described in paragraph 1.13. of Attachment A to the Agreement, Scope of Work, and Pricing and Management of Temporary Debris Storage and Reduction (TDSR) Sites as described in paragraph 1.C. of Attachment A. The following TDSR sites will be used: A. Summerland Debris Site, E. Shore Drive, Summerland Key, FL, authorized on November 9, 2017 B. Cudjoe Blimp Road Site, Cudjoe Key, FL, authorized on November 16, 2017 C. Rudy Krause Site, Ramrod Key, FL, authorized an December 6, 2017 D. US 1 Right of Way at MM 60.5 (Duck Key), authorized on December 8, 2017 and E. Any additional TDSR sites subsequently authorized and noticed to Contractor 2. The task above shall be performed in accordance with Section 1.1.5 of the Agreement for Disaster Response and Recovery Services. 3. This Task Order shall be approved retroactive to October 30, 2017.
