Paragraph 7.1.1 of Article VII Compensation, shall be amended to reflect a not to exceed lump sum amount of $54,999.99. 2. Attachment A, Scope of Work and Pricing, is amended to reflect a total lump sum for the services of $54,999.99. 3. Paragraph 1.1.8 shall be amended to extend the term date to March 30 2018. 4. In all other respects the Agreement between COUNTY and CONSULTANT, dated October 5, 2017, remains in full force and effect.
