The date of Substantial Completion is August 0� 018. The Contractor will complete or correct the Work as approved by the Owner's Authorized Representative (OAR) on the list of items within 60 days from the above date of Substantial Completion. A list of items to be completed or corrected is attached. The failure to include any items on such list does not alter the responsibility of the Contractor to complete all Work in accordance with the Contract Documents. This list may be amended based on the results of the final inspection. A final inspection will be scheduled at a date determined by the Owner, OAR and Contractor after the Contractor has completed the list of items attached. Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, the date of commencement of warranties for items on the attached list will be the date of issuance of the final Certificate of Payment or the date of final payment, whichever occurs first. The estimated cost of the remaining items is $400,000.00.
