Resolution 227-2018 RESOLUTION NO. 227 -2018 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, ADOPTING THE FINAL RESIDENTIAL SOLID WASTE COLLECTION, DISPOSAL AND RECYCLING RATES FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 2018 -2019 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows: Section 1. The Board hereby adopts the following final rates for Collection of Residential Solid Waste: 1. For each single family home - $190.00 per annum; 2. For each mobile home- $190.00 per annum; 3. For each multi - family unit - $190.00 per annum. Section 2. The Board hereby adopts the following final rates for Disposal of Residential Solid Waste: 1. For each single family home - $153.00 per annum; 2. For each mobile home- $153.00 per annum; 3. For each multi - family unit - $153.00 per annum. Section 3. The Board hereby adopts the following final rates for Recycling of Residential Solid Waste: 1. For each single family home - $51.00 per annum; 2. For each mobile home- $51.00 per annum; 3. For each multi - family unit - $51.00 per annum. Section 4. The Board hereby adopts the following final rates for Fiscal year 2018 -2019: 1. For each single family home - $394.00 per annum; 2. For each mobile home- $394.00 per annum; 3. For each multi - family unit - $394.00 per annum. Section 5. The Board hereby directs the Monroe County Clerk to transmit this executed Resolution to the Monroe County Property Appraiser and Monroe County Tax Collector.
