Monroe County shall support FKAA in the fulfillment of their statutory obligation and authority
to provide for a safe, high quality and adequate supply, treatment, distribution, and conservation
of potable water to meet the needs of present and future residents. {93-

County with an opportunity to comment on land use and regulatory issues related

procedures for review of land use and regulatory activities identified as having
potentially significant impacts on the aquifer recharge and water supply systems
especially concerning hazardous waste generation. Criteria for determination of
