Item B1 3.08 Solid WasteMonroe County Comprehensive Plan Update 3.8 SOLID WASTE GOAL 801 Monroe County shall provide for the adequate collection, disposal and resource recovery of solid waste in an environmentally sound and economically feasible manner to meet the needs of present and future County residents. This program shall be updated annually consistent with Capital Improvements Policy 1401.1.2 and in conjunction with the County's annual budget process to ensure economic feasibility.
