At Brutus Seafood we would be able to exist and pay our bills without the presence of tourist. The original owners are born and raised here and had built up a large local following which I've been able to maintain. I would say that 70% of my business is local. I did look at receipts from today and out of every ten tables it was averaging that 7 were Iocals.
