NOW, THEREFORE, I, Heather Carruthers, by virtue of the authority vested in me as Mayor of Monroe County, Florida, hereby declare March 29, 2011, as Florida Keys Day in Tallahassee And wish the community success as it strives to make a difference in our state capitol.
