AGENDA ITEM WORDING: Approval for the transfer of one buildable lot from Jack and Joyce Sweeting for
Daniel Murray to Monroe County by Warranty Deed. The applicant receiving a dwelling unit allocation award for
the year ending July 13,2000, has filed the document in accordance with Ordinance No. 16-1992.
ITEM BACKGROUND: On December 1, 1999 the Planning Commission approved an allocation award for the
applicant listed below provided the applicant's Warranty Deed is approved by the BOCC. Jack and Joyce Sweeting
submitted the Warranty Deed to donate one lot to Monroe County.
PREVIOUS RELEVANT BOARD ACTION: On June 23, 1992, the BOCC adopted Ordinance No. 016-1992.
