C33 Amendment No. 001 to Contract AA -1829, Older Americans Act (OAA) between the Alliance for Aging, Inc. and the Monroe County Board of County Commissioners/Monroe County Social Services/In -Home Services and Nutrition Programs for the contract period of January 1, 2018 through December 31, 2018, to make the following changes to the existing contract: decrease Home - Delivered Meals by $5,000.00; add Emergency Home - Delivered Meals for an allocation of $5,000.00; decrease Congregate Meals by $5,000.00; and add Emergency Congregate Meals for an allocation of $5,000.00. This amendment does not change the total OAA Contract funding of $628,937.57 C34 Amendment No. 002 to Contract AA -1829, Older Americans Act (OAA) between the Alliance for Aging, Inc. and the Monroe County Board of County Commissioners /Monroe County Social Services/In -Home Services and Nutrition Programs for the contract period of January 1, 2018 through December 31, 2018 to increase funding by $91,168.71, changing the total OAA contract funding from $628,937.57 to $720,106.28.
