RESOLUTION NO. 110 -_1997
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY. FLORIDA. RENOUNCING AND DISCLAIMING
ANY RIGHT OF THE COUNTY AND THE PUBLIC IN AND TO A
PORTION OF HALL'S LANE, A/K/A 17TH COURT, HALL'S SUBDIVISION,
KEY VACA.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County, FL desires to renounce
and disclaim any right of the County and the public in and to the hereinafter described streets,
alley-ways. roads or highways; and
WHEREAS, due notice has been published and a public hearing has been held in
accordance with Chapter 336. Florida Statutes. and
WHEREAS, at said public hearing. the Board considered the argument of all parties present
wishing to speak on the matter, and all premises considered conceming the renouncing and
disclaiming of any right of the County and the public in and to the hereinafter described streets,
alley-ways, roads or highways as delineated on the hereinafter described map or plat. and

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY,
FLORIDA. that the Board hereby renounces and disclaims any right of the County and the public
in and to the following described streets. alley-ways. roads or highways as delineated on the
hereinafter described map or plat. to wit:
A portion of Hall's Lane, a/k/a 17th Court, located at Section 9, Twp.
66S, Range 32E, Key Vaca, part of Hall's Subdivision as recorded in
Plat Book 3 at Page 25 of the Public Records of Monroe County,
Florida.
Beginning at the intersection formed by the Easterly right of way line
of Hall's Lane and the dividing line between Lots 8 and 9, of said Plat
of Hall's Subdivision, thence West for a distance of 19.66 feet to the
Westerly right of way line of said Hall's Lane; thence North along
said Westerly right of way line of Hall's Lane for a distance of 30.00
feet to the Northerly terminus of said Hall's Lane; thence East along
the Northerly terminus of Hall's Lane for a distance of 19.66 feet to
the Easterly right of way line of Hall's Lane; thence South along the
Easterly right of way line of Hall's Lane for a distance of 30.00 feet,
back to the Point of Beginning, containing 589.8 square feet. more or
less.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County, Florida,
at a regular meeting of the Board held on the19 th day of
March
,1997.
