AMENDMENT TO TASK ORDER THREE FOR DISASTER RESPONSE AND RECOVERY SERVICES BETWEEN MONROE
COUNTY AND DRC EMERGENCY SERVICES,LLC FOR HURRICANE IRMA
WHEREAS, Monroe County, hereinafter referred to as the "County". and DRC Emergency Services, LLC
hereinafter referred to as"Contractor" entered into an Agreement for Disaster Response and Recovery Services
for Hurricane Irma on the 30th day of October,2017;and
WHEREAS, in accordance with the Agreement for Disaster Response and Recovery Services, the County issued
Task Order Three that outlined the final disposal sites and related tipping fees for debris that the Contractor was
to utilize;and
WHEREAS the applicable tipping fee for the Waste Management Facility in Homestead, FL was incorrect;
A. Paragraph 1 of Task Order three is revised to read as follows:
1. DRC Emergency Services,LLC is tasked with performing the following task in accordance with the
Notice to Proceed issued October 30,2017:
Debris Recovery and Disposal Haul Out of Reduced Vegetative debris,reduced C&D debris and white
goods to Final Disposal as directed by the County and described in 1.C.and 1.D.of Attachment A to
the contract,Scope of Work and Pricing.The Contractor will haul debris to the following final disposal
sites:
1. Reduced C&D debris will be hauled to the Waste Management Facility at 11695 SW 328th
Street,Homestead,FL;tipping fee will be$49 per ton;and
2. Reduced C&D debris will be hauled to the Waste Management Facility,Monarch Hill,2700
Wiles Road,Pompano Beach,FL 33073;tipping fee will be$47 per ton.
3. Reduced vegetative waste will be hauled to Residual Solutions,Inc.C&B Farms Site,27320 CR
835,Clewiston,Hendry County FL;tipping fee will be$4.75 per cubic yard.
4. White Goods will be hauled to FPT Florida,LLC metals recycling facility at 3700 NW North
River Dr.,Miami,FL 33142-4931;no tipping fee will apply.
B. This Task Order shall be approved retroactive to October 30,2017.
C. In all other respects,task Order Three for Disaster Response and Recovery Services between Monroe
County and DRC Emergency Services, LLC for Hurricane Irma remains unchanged.
