AGENDA ITEM WORDING: Approval to extend AT&T Support Contract for 6 months
beginning March 15th 2019 to September 15, 2019 for the amount of$75,000.00. During this time
period, our existing AT&T dedicated technician (using his dedicated AT&T provided vehicle) will
inspect and remove all obsolete equipment/cabling related to the replaced Nortel phone system.
ITEM BACKGROUND: Our dedicated AT&T technician (Ed Burr) supported our Nortel phone
system for the last several decades. Now that it has been successfully replaced by our Mitel system,
he is managing the removal of the obsolete Nortel Phone equipment/cabling from all of the 40 plus
Monroe County locations in a thorough and careful manner. He is uniquely qualified to perform that
removal without disrupting other services. It is anticipated that the complete removal will take 6
months. Additionally, he is still performing network cabling on an as available basis for the BOCC
and Constitutional officers.

5. For work which requires engineering consideration,issuance of Sales/Service Orders,or work outside of the normal
schedule work hours will be performed by AT&T and billed to Customer at AT&T then current rates for labor and materials.

has direct contact in connection with the performance of this Order. Customer shall comply with these conditions through
