RESOLUTION NO. 133 -1997
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA,
NAMING A CURRENTLY UNNAMED, PRIVATE ROAD ON BIG
PINE KEY "SUNSHINE LANE",
WH EREAS, the owner of property abutting an unnamed road on Big Pine Key has
requested that the road be named to facilitate mail delivery and emergency vehicle dispatch;
and
WHEREAS, the residents of this home have requested that this road be named "Sunshine
Lane"; NOW THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY,
FLORIDA that
Section 1.
The road identified as "Road Without a Name" on Exhibit A, attached
hereto and made a part hereof, shall be called "Sunshine Lane",
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County,
Florida, at a regular meeting of the Board held on the16th day of April

EXHIBIT A
On the Island of Big Pine Key and commencing at a point 240 feet West of the North
and South Section Line between Sections 25 and 26. Said point being 80 feet North of the
center of the main line of the former Florida Eat Coast Railway right-of-way, as the said Railway
was located. From the above described Southeast corner bear North and parallel with said
Section Line 262.5 feet to a Point of Beginning which is the Eastern point of the Centerline of the
Road; thence run Westerly 225 feet to the Eastern Right-of-Way Line of County Road.
