RESOLUTION NO. 139 -1997
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA. REQUIRING THE PAYMENT OF THE FEES
AUTHORIZED BY CHAPTER 9G-2Q, FLORIDA ADMINISTRATIVE CODE, FOR
THE REVIEW OF EMERGENCY RESPONSE PLANS FOR CONGREGATE
LIVING FACILITIES, NURSING HOMES, GROUP HOMES, INTERMEDIATE
CARE FACILITIES FOR THE DEVELOPMENTALLY DISABLED, AMBULATORY
SURGICAL CENTERS AND HOSPITALS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY,
FLORIDA that
Section 1.
The Board of County Commissioners hereby adopts the definitions, fee
schedules and procedures of Chapter 9G-2Q, F.A.C., for Emergency Management's review of
emergency operational and informational plans for adult congregate living facilities, nursing
homes, group homes, intermediate facilities for the developmentally disabled, ambulatory
surgical centers and hospitals. A copy of Chapter 9G-2Q, F.A.C., is attached to this Resolution
and made part of it.
Section 2.
This Resolution applies to any emergency operational or informational
plans submitted to the County's Emergency Management Department since January 1. 1997.
