(it will state ESCOFET on our attached sales agreement)this ship date is departure from Barcelona, SPAIN.
THINGS TO DO NOW:
• Review the attached sales agreement and advise ASAP if anything needs to be changed. In particular be sure to
review the BILL OF LADING INSTRUCTIONS to ensure we have all appropriate information needed for the
carrier to provide a smooth delivery.
• Unless your order is UPS-able, we ship via common carrier and they do not provide the manpower or equipment
to offload. A forklift or receiving dock is required for most orders, contact us if you need to confirm. If liftgate
service has already been requested it will be shown in the Bill of Lading section on our document. If you need
liftgate service and it is NOT on our document we can add it for an additional fee, contact us ASAP.
• Review the attached installation instructions (if applicable)to make sure you secure any required hardware and
tools needed to complete your installation.
THINGS TO DO UPON RECEIVING YOUR SHIPMENT:
• If any items are visibly damaged we recommend you REFUSE those items if possible and contact us immediately
for next steps.
• If you are not able to inspect at the time of delivery, sign the delivery receipt with"concealed damage possible".
• Inspect all freight WITHIN 5 DAYS OF RECEIPT. Notify us if concealed damage is found and save all packaging
material. If this is not done we may be unable to file a concealed damage claim to determine liability and
consequently may be unable to replace items without charge.
