WHEREAS, an Agreement was entered into on August 17, 2016 between the parties for advertising services which promote tourism ("Agreement"); and WHEREAS, the Agreement provides an option to extend the agreement under the same terms and conditions for an additional two (2) year period; and WHEREAS, the parties desire to exercise the option to extend the Agreement for an additional two (2) year period under the same terms and conditions; and NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants contained herein the parties agree to the exercise the extension of Agreement as follows: 1. Paragraph 1 of the agreement shall read: Term: The agreement shall expire on September 30, 2021. 2. The remaining provisions of the contract dated August 17, 2016 shall remain in full force and effect.
