1st Amendment 03/21/2019 AMENDMENT I TO TASK ORDER FOR PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING
AND SURVEYING SERVICES FOR THE MCSO ADMINISTRATION
BUILIDNG WINDOW REPLACEMENT DESIGN
This Amendment is entered into this a day of 2019 by and between
Monroe County, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, hereaf
ter COUNTY, and Wood
Environment & Infrastructure Solutions, Inc. (formerly known as Amec Foster Wheeler Environment &
Infrastructure, Inc.),hereafter CONSULTANT.
WHEREAS, on June 27, 2017, the COUNTY and Amec Foster Wheeler Environment &
Infrastructure, Inc. entered into a Task Order for Professional Engineering and Surveying Services for the
MCSO Administration Building Window Replacement Design("Task Order"); and
WHEREAS, the COUNTY was notified by Amec Foster Wheeler Environment& Infrastructure,
Inc. that it changed the firm name to Wood Environment & Infrastructure Solutions, Inc. effective April
20,2018; and
WHEREAS, on June 20, 2018, the COUNTY amended the Agreement for Professional
Architectural and Engineering Services to reflect the name change of Amec Foster Wheeler Environment
& Infrastructure, Inc. to Wood Environment&Infrastructure, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, it is in the mutual best interests of the COUNTY and CONSULTANT to amend the
Task Order to reflect this firm name change;
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises of the original Task Order as
amended herein,the parties agree as follows:
1. Effective April 20, 2018, Amec Foster Wheeler Environment & Infrastructure, Inc. changed
its firm name to Wood Environment & Infrastructure Solutions, Inc. (there are no other
changes to the Federal Tax Identification Number (FEIN), corporate business address, bank
accounts, wiring instructions, or company management, technical staff and financial
personnel).
2. CONSULTANT will continue to perform all of its duties, responsibilities, and obligations
under the Task Order.
1 Where the firm name Amec Foster Wheeler Environment&Infrastructure, Inc. appears in the
original Task Order as amended, the name shall be hereinafter amended to read Wood
Environment&Infrastructure Solutions,Inc.
4. The remaining provisions of the Task Order, not inconsistent herewith, remain in full force
and effect.
