PERMIT FEES FOR A TOTAL OF 12 DEED-RESTRICTED HOUSING 13 UNITS OF SERVING HOUSEHOLDS AT 80% OF AREA MEDIAN 14 INCOME OR BELOW,TO BE CONSTRUCTED ON PARCELS LOCATED 15 AT 30 SANDS ROAD, 31235 AVENUE E, 31059 AVENUE G, 301 COUNTY 16 ROAD, 31481 AVENUE C, 31566 AVENUE B, 31067 AVENUE G, 31423 17 AVENUE G, 31441 AVENUE G,31063 AVENUE E,31247 AVENUE G,AND 18 AT 28279 JULIA AVENUE ON LITTLE TORCH KEY HAVING REAL 19 ESTATE (RE) NUMBERS 00111320-001500, 00304810-000000, 00306540- 20 000000, 00300500-000000, 00302780-000000, 00300790-000000, 00306550- 21 000000, 00306000-000500, 00306000-000800, 00305170-000000, 00306200- 22 000000, AND 00222840-000000. 23 24 WHEREAS,on November 18,2009 the Monroe County Board of County Commissioners 25 ("Board") passed and adopted Ordinance 036-2009, allowing building permit fee waivers for 26 entities building low income housing leveraging state or federal funds, or affordable housing as 27 defined by state statutes; and 28 WHEREAS, on February 10, 2010, the Board passed and adopted Ordinance 004-2010, 29 allowing waivers for housing for households up to 120% of median income in Monroe County. 30 Housing exceeding 120% may also apply for a waiver if the specific project for development is 31 being subsidized with or is leveraging state or federal funding; and 32 WHEREAS, on June 26, 2019 the Monroe County Land Authority submitted the 33 Application for Building Permit Fee Waiver.
