Detailed description of change order and justification:
Watson Field and Big Pine Community Park tennis courts net posts, total of eight(8), have documented
damages from Hurricane IRMA and require replacement. Change order 4 was for$16.000.00 to remove
the old posts&sleeves, and concrete in new net posts/sleeves. During the repair Florida Fence exposed
the underground sleeves and came to the conclusion with Project Management that there was no damage
underground to the sleeve only to the posts, which reduced the scope of work resulting in the$8,000.00
credit to this contract since the extent of the labor and new concrete was not performed.
This Change Order is 0.013%of the original contract price.
