• As adopted by the Board at the 2018 Organizational Meeting; there are no de
novo hearings or appeals heard during the Final Meeting of the Board.

to appoint George Neugent as Chairman. Motion passed unanimously. John Dick
motioned and George Neugent seconded to appoint Danny Kolhage as Vice -Chairman.
Motion passed unanimously.
George Neugent announced that today's VAB meeting would be his last VAB meeting
and therefore, Danny Kolhage would become the next Chairman and a Vice -Chair should
be appointed after the seating of the next county commissioner.
