These systems include: • First and second floor interior terminal plumbing systems • Chiller/Emergency Generator building. DESCRIPTION OF WORK The data collection, assessment,and report will provide the following: Article A—Site Visit Field Verification: Visit and inspect the site (1 visit) to assess the interior terminal existing plumbing system conditions. Take photographs and make written documentation, sketches, notes or reports to confirm and record the general conditions of these systems and conformance to codes. Initial Meeting: Conduct a meeting with representatives from Monroe County Airports and the design plumbing engineer. The purpose of the meeting will be to brief the Jacobs team on the project features, review existing conditions and known deficiencies with the design team, and answer questions developed by the Jacobs team m • Review available record drawings • Perform a daytime site investigation Services for Article A will be provided under a lump sum basis. Article B—Report Phase The specific tasks Jacobs will perform are as follows: A teleconference meeting with Monroe County will be held to review the draft report and generate comments towards the final report. The report will include the following: • Introduction • Executive Summary • Plumbing System Assessment • Assessment Exhibits • Assessment Images • Plumbing Repair Recommendations • Order of Magnitude Cost Estimate for Repairs Page 1 of 2 Any cost estimates provided by Consultant will be on a basis of experience and judgement. Since Consultant has no control over market conditions or bidding procedures, Consultant does not warrant that bids or ultimate construction costs will not vary from these cost estimates. Services for Article B will be provided under a lump sum basis. QUALIFICATIONS AND ASSUMPTIONS For the purpose of providing a stipulated fee amount,this proposal has been based on the following qualifications and assumptions: • As-built documents will be provided by owner, if available. • Construction Documents will not be provided. • Other services not described in the scope of work are excluded. Items identified as not included or limited in the scope of services can be provided or expanded upon as additional services under a separate agreement or supplemental to this agreement. REFERENCES The client will need to provide the following documentation to Jacobs before commencing with our scope of work. • As-built documentation of the existing facility, if available. COMPENSATION See attached spreadsheet. SCHEDULE We anticipate completion of the deliverables in accordance with the following schedule: The overall duration of this effort will be as noted below: A. Site Visit: 10 business days from agreement authorization B. Report Phase: 20 business days from initial meeting and site condition assessment. Page 2 of 2
