Pursuant to §102-158(d)(7)(b) of the Monroe County Code, the Monroe County Board of 45 County Commissioners may consider the adoption of an ordinance enacting the proposed 46 change based on one (I) or more of the following factors: (1) Changed projections (e.g., File 2019�-071. I regarding public service needs) front those on which the text or boundary was based., (2) 2 Changed assumptions (e.g., regarding demographic trends); (3) Data errors, including 3 errors in mapping, vegetative types and natural features described in volurne I of the plan; 4 (4) New issues; (5) Recognition of a need for additional detail or comprehensiveness; (6) 5 Data updates; and (7) consistency with the Comprehensive Plan and the Principles for 6 Guiding Developiiient as de fined in Section 380.0552, Florida Statutes 7 8 3. Staff has determined that the proposed Tier map amendment is consistent with MCC Sec. 102-158(d)(7)(b)(6) Data updates; 1,0 H 4.
