The Advisory Committee has prepared the attached list for 2011 after holding public meetings on January 26, 2011; February 23, 2011; and March 30, 2011. Further Board action is required before entering into a purchase contract. __________________________________________________________________________________ Advisory Committee Action: On March 30, 2011 the Committee voted 4/0 to approve and forward the list to the Governing Board. __________________________________________________________________________________ Previous Governing Board Action: The Board has approved an Acquisition List each year since the Land Authority was established. __________________________________________________________________________________ Contract/Agreement Changes: N/A __________________________________________________________________________________ Staff Recommendation: Approval __________________________________________________________________________________ Total Cost:Indirect Cost:Budgeted: $ N/A $______ Yes No .
