Monroe County purchased the property September 30, 2011 which included Market Rate ROGO
Exemptions as follows:

On September 10, 2012, Monroe County applied for building permit 12103978 to build a Fire
Station on subject site. The Fire Station was completed and issued a certificate of occupancy June
5, 2014. The ROGO Exemptions were not used on the redevelopment of the site.
Staff is recommending moving these allocations to administrative relief.
PREVIOUS RELEVANT BOCC ACTION:
February 16, 2011 —BOCC approved the purchase of property.
