Ricondo estimates that Phase II of the economic imp t study will be completed no later than August 18, 2020 for a total fee not to exceed $35,266, which will be invoiced on a lump sum basis. (Ricondo) is pleased to submit this proposed scope of services and related costs to conduct an economic impact study for the County of Monroe (County) to measure the direct and indirect economic impacts of the Key West International Airport (Airport). The following sections describe our technical approach, schedule, and cost estimate for completing Phase II of this project. 2.0 Technical Approach 2.1 DOCUMENTATION AND PRESENTATION OF RESULTS Ricondo will prepare a draft and final report(in Word and PDF format) containing the results of the study. This report will be used by the County to prepare promotional materials that highlight the economic impact of the Airport. The report will include the following: • Executive summary • Purpose of the study • Profile of the Airport • Description of the technical approach, including an appendix detailing the methodology employed • Results of the study, including metrics for an average impact per route of air service activity • Relevant tables, maps, charts, and exhibits illustrating the key findings Ricondo will present the results of the draft report to County staff during an on-site meeting.
