MONROE COUNTY ZONING REGULATIONS
RESOLUTION NO. Z-2
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe
County, Flori da, has previously adopted Zoning Regulations, and
WHEREAS, said Board has appointed a Board of Adjustment
and desires said Board to be the Zoning Board, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSION-
ERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the Monroe County Board
of Adjustment be and it is hereby designated as the Zoning Board and
it is hereby authorized and empowered to exercise all the powers of the
Zoning Board as set forth in the previously adopted Zoning Regulations.
