AHENDHENTS TO HONROE COUNTY ZONING REGULA TIONS

SECTION 9-A.
RU-4 NOBILE HOHE DISTRICT
A. DESCRIPTION OF DISTRICT.
THIS DISTRICT IS COHPOSED OF CERTAIN LIHITED AREAS WHERE
IT IS PROPOSED THAT HOBILE HOHE flWNERS HA Y ESTABLISH HOHES ON
THEIR OWN PROPERTY.
B. USES PERHITTED.
WITHIN ANY RU-4 DISTRICT THE FOLLOWING USES SHALL BE
PERHITTED:
1. PARKING OF ONE HOBILE HOHE (HINIHUH 50' LENGTH) ON A
LOT OWNED BY THE OWNER OF THE HOBILE HOnE OCCUPYING SAID LOT.
(A) SANITARY, WATER AND ELECTRICAL FACILITIES SHALL
BE AYAILABLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CODES GOVERN.,
ZBQrH.8.'~aILITIES.
2. SUCH ACCESSORY FACILITIES AS ARE CUSTOHARILY UTILIZED
BY HOBILE HOHE DWELLERS. THESE SHALL INCLUDE ACCESSORY STORAGE
BUILDINGS, CARPORTES, PORCHES, CABANAS AND SUPPLEHENTAL STRUC-
TURES HOUSING ADDITIONAL LIVING qUARTERS WHICH ARE ADJACENT
TO AND HADE A PART OF THE TFUILER. HINIHUH ADDITIONA - 500
SqUARE FEET LIVING AREA.
5. No HOUSES SHALL BE CONSTRUCTED IN A HOBILE HOHE
DISTRICT.
C. PERHITS
A PERHIT TO PARK A NOBILE HOHE IN AN RU-4 HOBILE HOHE
DISTRICT SHALL BE ISSUED FOR A FEE OF $10.00 AND SHALL BE
ISSUED SUBJECT TO INSPECTION BY THE BUILDING INSPECTOR.
RENEWAL FEE - $5.00 PER ANNUH. ANY SUPPLEHENTAL STRUCTURES
SHALL BE ~REATED AS FOR RESIDENTIAL USES AND SHALL BE SUBJECT
TO PERl1IT FEES AND INSPECTION. IF A TRAILER IS NON-CONFORl1ING
AS TO ZONE IT SHALL BE SUBJECT TO A RENEWAL FEE OF $10.00 PER
ANNUl1 .
D. BUILDING SITE AREA REGULATIONS.
No TRAILER SHALL BE LOCATED ON A LOT LESS THAN 5600
SqUARE FEET AND A WIDTH OF NOT LESS THAN 40 FEET HEASURED AT
THE BUILDING LINE.
E. FRONT. REAR AND SIDE YARD REGULATIONS
1. THE FOLLOWING HINIHUl1 FRONT, REAR AND SIDE YARDS
SHALL BE OBSERVED.
(A) THERE SHALL BE A FRONT YARD OF NOT LESS THAN 10
FEET IN DEPTH HEASURED FROH THE STREET, ROAD OR
HIGHWAY RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE TO THE FRONT OF THE
TRAILER, HOUSE OR STRUCTURE.
(B) A REAR Y~,RD SHALL BE NOT LESS THAN 10 FEET

TION SHALL BE THE SA11E AS SET FORTH IN SECTION 13; AND PARA-
GRAPH K OF SECTION 9-A.

ADD TO PARAGRAPH 2: IN THIS PARAGRAPH THE PHRASE
"DISCONTINUED FOR A PERIOD OF AT LEAST ONE (1) YEAR" SHALL
NOT APPLY TO TRAILERS AND/OR NOBILE H011ES; IN ANY INSTANCE
WHERE THE NON-r:ONFOR11ING USAGE HAS TO DO WITH TRAILERS AND/OR

ZONING CHANGE AND/OR YARIANCE TO PER11IT TRAILER OCCUPATION OF
PROPERTY. FEE FOR THIS TYPE TE11PORARY PER11IT, FIVE (5) DOLLAFB.
THE ZONING DEPART11EN'1' 11AY ALSO ISSUE A TE11PORARY PER11IT FOR
TRAILERS AND/OR HOBILE H011ES WHEN THEY ARE TO BE USED BY
CONTRACTORS AS TE11PORARY OFFICES. SAID TRAILERS AND/OR
110BILE H011ES TO BE RE110VED FR011 THE PRE11ISES WITHIN TEN (10)
DAYS OF FINAL INSPECTION. FEE FOR THIS TYPE TE11PORARY PER11IT
TWO (2) DOLLARS, RENEWALS TWO (2) DOLLARS.

ADD TO PARAGRAPH 2 THE FOLLOWING:
WHEN A PERSON OTHER THAN THE APPLICANT FOR A ZONING CHANGE
OR VARIANCE WISHES TO APPEAL THE DECISION OF' THE ZONING BOARD,
HE SHALL BE REQUIRED TO PAY THE FEE FOR A PUBLIC HEARING
($35.00). WHEN THE APPLICANT FOR A ZONING CHANGE OR YARIANCE
WISHES '1'0 APPEAL THE DECISION OF THE ZONING BOARD HE SHALL BE
REQUIRED TO PAY ONE HALF THE FEE ORIGINALLY PAID FOR A
