The II Pinder-Albury House II is eligible for and hereby is granted landmark designation pursuant to Section 9.5-452 (a) and (c) of the Monroe County Land Development Regulation since it is associated with events of significance to the cultural and social history of Monroe County. In addition, the structure reflects an architectural style or type that is of traditional Florida Keys character. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA THAT: BOARD OF COUNTY The preceding Findings of Fact and Conclusions, support their decision to APPROVE the designation of the II Pinder-Albury House II located at 132 Tavern Drive, Tavernier, Florida as an IIHistoric and Cultural Landmark II as provided for by Article VIII of the Monroe County Code.
