C7 A RESOLUTION OF THE MONROE COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY .t` COMMISSIONERS RESCINDING THE RESERVATION OF ONE co 0 AFFORDABLE HOUSING ROGO ALLOCATION FOR AN EMPLOYEE DWELLING UNIT ON RAMROD KEY FOR MONROE COUNTY ON PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS LOT 1, BLOCK 19, BREESESWEPT BEACH ESTATES, RAMROD KEY, CURRENTLY BEARING PARCEL IDENTIFICATION NUMBER 00205890-000000. WHEREAS, the Monroe County Board of County Commissioners ("BOCC") approved Monroe County Resolution No. 417-2019 for the reservation of one Affordable Housing ROGO allocation award consisting of one moderate income category allocation for the Monroe County project on Lot 1, Block 19, Breezeswept Beach Estates, Ramrod Key;and WHEREAS, the BOCC is not proceeding with the affordable housing project at the aforesaid site; and WHEREAS, the BOCC desires to rescind Resolution No. 417-2019 which reserved said one affordable housing allocation award;and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY,FLORIDA: The Monroe County Board of County Commissioners hereby rescinds Monroe County Resolution No. 417-2019's reservation for one affordable ROGO allocation, consisting of one moderate income category allocation,for the Monroe County project on Lot 1, Block 19, Breezeswept Beach Estates, Ramrod Key. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County, Florida at a regular meeting held on the 19th day of February 2020.
