A RESOLUTION CONCERNING THE RECEIPT OF UNANTICIPATED FUNDS
WHEREAS,it is necessary to conduct a public hearing as required by section 129.06,Florida Statutes,to amend the following: MSD Solid Waste,
Fund 414,for the fiscal year beginning October 1,2019 and ending September 30,2020,now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY,FLORIDA,that a Public Hearing was
conducted on February 19th,2020 at 1:30 P.M.to amend the MSD Solid Waste,Fund 414,budgets and to adopt the amended budgets as
follows:
