Resolution 168-1997 County Attomey RESOLUTION NO. 168 -1997 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, STATING THAT THE POLICY OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS IS NOT TO BILL PERSONS WITH SPECIAL MEDICAL NEEDS WHO MUST BE EVACUATED BY AMBULANCE DURING EMERGENCY CONDITIONS AND TO SEEK REIMBURSEMENT FROM FEMA OR OTHER GRANT SOURCES, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA that Section 1.
