Detailed description of change order and justification:
An allowance of 50'of damaged wood, underlying the Courthouse gutters was established in the original
contract documents. The Contractor encountered an additional 90'of damaged wood that needed to be
replaced(totaling 140'). Materials and labor documentation is attached.
