TTG had already completed the sidewalks when we received this detail. Therefore, we are proposing to construct the pedestal and base as shown in Change Order Request #98 (attached). According to the ordinance adopted by the Board of County Commissioners, proposed change orders are to be presented to members of the Board of County Commissioners prior to approval, assuming they are within the Administrator's prescribed limits.
