BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OIM NNRek
COUNTY, FLORIDA,
Section 1. That the following recommendation of the Affordable Housing
Joint Task Force is hereby adopted:
That the State Housing initiative programs (SAIL, SHIP, HOME, LIHTC) be
amended to provide set-aside funding for housing to be increased by revenues
applicable only to Areas of Critical State Concern, and particularly the Florida Keys
Area.
Section 2. The Clerk of the Court is hereby directed to send a certified copy
this Resolution to the local legislative delegation.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe
County, Florida, at a special meeting of said Board held on the 24th day of March,
1999.
