A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE FILING
OF A GRANT APPLICATION WITH THE FLORIDA DEPARTMENT
OF ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION BOATING IMPROVEMENT FUND,
AND DIRECTING THE EXECUTION OF THE SAME BY THE PROPER
AUTHORITIES FOR THE INSTALLATION OF 9 AIDS TO NAVIGATION
IN BONEFISH BAY, MARATHON.

BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, as follows:

1. That said Board has been notified of the availability
of funds from the Florida Department of Environmental Protection,~
Boating Improvement Fund.

2. That the Community Services Division acting for ,Monroe en
County has received preliminary approval for the submissr6n of a en
grant application for the installation of 9 (nine) Aids to Navigation
in Bonefish Bay, Marathon for which a grant of $13,200.00 will be
sought.

3. That said Board hereby directs the execution of this
application by the Marine Projects Coordinator.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe count)} Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held
on the 1St day of June , A.D. 1997.
