Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact this office. cc: County Attorney Finance File✓ 2nd LEASE RENEWAL OPTION AMENDMENT This Second Renewal Option Amendment is made and entered into on this U day of CLx. 2013, between MW & JC LLC (LESSOR), a limited liability company incorporated in the S of Florida, whose address is 3134 Northside Drive, and the BOARD of COUNTY e Y COMMISSIONERS for MONROE COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, whose address is 1100 Simonton Street, Key West, FL 33040, ("COUNTY" or"LESSEE"). WHEREAS, on December 15, 2010, the parties entered into a lease agreement ("Lease") for premises at 3134 Northside Drive, Key West, FL, for the use of the Monroe County Health Department and WHEREAS, the parties have found the Original Lease to be mutually beneficial and; WHEREAS, on January 19, 2012, the parties exercised the 1st renewal option amendment; now therefore WHEREAS, the parties have found the 1st renewal Lease amendment to be mutually beneficial and; WHEREAS, both parties find that it would be mutually beneficial to enter into this 2nd renewal option amendment; now therefore IN CONSIDERATION of the mutual promises and covenants set forth below, the parties agree as follows: In accordance with the original agreement, paragraph 2, TERM 1. The County exercises option to renew the Original Agreement for the second (2nd) of the two (2) additional one year periods. This term will commence on March 01, 2013 and terminating on February 28, 2014. 2. In all other respects, the provisions of the Original Lease executed December 15, 2010, as amended, remain in full force and effect.
