30 Book 1, Page 55, of the Public Records of Monroe County, Florida, bounded on the north by all
31 of Block 32; bounded on the west by Second Street and all of Block 34;bounded on the south by
32 all of Block 34, and by First Street adjacent to Block 34 Lot 11 and Block 33 Lot 20; and

35 WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County, Florida, desires to
