A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA
AUTHORIZING THE MAYORICHAIRPERSON TO SIGN
ALL LEGAL PAPERS ON BEHALF OF THE COUNTY
AND EXTENDING FOR 60 DAYS THE PRESENTLY
AUTHORIZED SIGNATURE.
WHEREAS, the members of the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe
County, Florida, have elected a Chairman for said Board, and
WHEREAS, the Chairman of the Board of County Commissioners must sign all
legal papers, vouchers, warrants and documents on behalf of the County, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That Commissioner as
Chairman of the Beard of County Commissioners, and the Clerkk of the Board, are hereby
authorized to sign all warrants, legal documents and any other necessary papers and
documents.
Section 2. That the presently authorized signatures validating County checks
are hereby continued for sixty days from this date in order to meet payroll and other
necessary obligations.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe
County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held on the 18th day of November,
2014.
