SCOPE OF WORK McFarland Johnson, Inc. (CONSULTANT) shall provide the following professional services under this task order as related to the miscellaneous planning services discussed above.The following detailed tasks are included in the scope of work. TASK 1.0 PROJECT MEETINGS,ADMINISTRATION&COORDINATION This task includes coordination with Airport management on specific land development planning analyses required,staff resource needs and availability,and coordination of any additional support services that may be required to complete the necessary land development planning, mitigation review and/or evaluation services.This task also includes attendance at project meetings,submittal deadline coordination and overall contract management and administration for the duration of the contract period TASK 2.0 LAND DEVELOPMENT PLANNING,REVIEW AND VALUATION ANALYSES This task includes on-call miscellaneous airport land development planning,environmental mitigation review and evaluation services for development projects at both Monroe County Airports. CONSULTANT will perform such services as requested by the Director of Airports and as necessary based on individual requested tasks,which may include,but are not limited too;preparation of site development concepts/alternatives,site plan reviews, environmental mitigation plan reviews, estimates of potential development costs, financial feasibility analyses, general strategic business planning, lease or land rent negotiations and/or property condition assessments/reports. Additional project support services may be provided as deemed necessary and requested by the Director of Airports. DELIVERABLES The primary project deliverable will be professional planning services and analyses as requested by the Airport Director as related to the tasks outlined previously. CONSULTANT will coordinate with the Airport Director regarding the required documentation for specific tasks and analyses authorized under this task order. Services may include, but are not limited to, preparation of site development concepts/alternatives, site plan reviews, environmental mitigation plan reviews, estimates of potential development costs, financial feasibility analysis, general strategic business planning, lease or land rent negotiations and/or property condition assessments/reports. We proposed splitting the cost of the PSO 60/40 between EYW and MTH and use EYW Planning Studies Grant GOE77 to fund 50%of EYW's portion of$27,000.00 and MTH Planning Studies Grant G0122 to fund 80%of MTH's portion of$18,000.00. EYW Planning Studies Grant GOE77 will be used to fund 50% of EYWs portion of$27,000. MTH Planning Studies Grant G0122 will be used to fund 80% of MTHs portion of $18,000, to be completed in 365, in the amount of$45,000. Based on the information provided, FDOT concurs with Monroe County's request. Only expenses incurred on or after the date of the fully executed JPA/PTGA and otherwise eligible under the Agreement shall be reimbursed to Monroe County Airports.
