A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE FINAL MILLAGE RATE FOR FISCAL YEAR 2021
WHEREAS,the Board of Governors of District I Lower and Middle Keys Fire and Ambulance,Monroe
County,Florida, pursuant to the provisions of Chapters 129 and 200,Florida Statutes,did conduct a Public
Hearing on September 16,2020,at 5:05 p.m.via Communications Media Technology("CMT")using a
Zoom Webinar platform,to amend and adopt a Final Millage Rate for District I Lower and Middle Keys Fire
and Ambulance for Fiscal Year 2021,now,therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF GOVERNORS LOWER AND MIDDLE KEYS FIRE AND
AMBULANCE DISTRICT,MONROE COUNTY,FLORIDA,that the Millage Rate of 2.0489 be
adopted as the Final Millage Rate for District 1 Lower and Middle Keys Fire and Ambulance for Fiscal Year
2021,which is above the rolled-back millage rate of 1.9897 by 2.98%.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Governors of District I Lower and Middle Keys Fire and
Ambulance of Monroe County,Florida,at a meeting of said Board held on the 16th day of September,AD
2020.
